Schroders Personal Wealth, the new Financial Planning joint venture between Schroders and Lloyds Bank, has added two experienced hires from Morningstar and Quilter Cheviot.
Peter Brunt joins from Morningstar as head of manager research and Jennifer Christian from Quilter Cheviot as an investment specialist.
Mr Brunt will mainly be responsible for developing fund manager research and adding to SPW’s fund selection process.
He will report to Alessandro Poli, head of investment management, and also support SPW’s investment development activities.
Prior to Schroders Personal Wealth he spent five years at Morningstar, most recently as an associate director. He started at S&P Fund Research in 2005 and holds the IMC and is a CFA charterholder.
Ms Christian will report to Jon Wingent, head of investment specialists, and will be based in Manchester. She will work with the investment specialist team to support clients and the growth of the business in the regions.
Prior to Schroders she held roles at Quilter Cheviot, Deutsche Bank and Rensburg Sheppards.
