Apple has launched the Apple Store online in India. The online store will offer Apple’s full range of products and will also offer direct support to customers across the country.
Apple specialists will be available via the online store to help users on issues like custom-configuring any Mac to setting up new devices. Customers will also get advice, receive guidance, and learn about new products directly from Apple. The service will be available in both English and Hindi.
Apple Store online also offers affordability options with multiple financing options and available trade-in programs. The store will offer special pricing for Mac or iPad for students. They can also receive discounts on accessories and AppleCare+.
Apple says that all orders from the Apple Store online will be shipped with contactless delivery, considering the health and well-being of Apple’s teams, customers, and communities. “Orders that do not require a signature will be left at the customer’s door, and those that do will need only a verbal confirmation from a safe distance instead of a written signature,” the company further added.
The store also brings trade-in programmes for iPhone users across the country. As part of the programme, they can exchange their old smartphones for credit when buying a new iPhone. In October, Apple seeks to bring a free online Today at Apple sessions led by local Creative Pros, focused on photography and music.
Signature gift wrap and personalized engraving will be available for select products on the Apple Store online. Engraving of emoji or text in English, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu will be available for AirPods, and English engraving will be available for iPad and Apple Pencil.
