Chartered Financial Planner firm Fiducia Wealth Management has been bought out by its management.
The majority of the Essex-based business is now owned by directors Susie Laws and Gordon Kearney, after founder and executive chairman John Millican sold a majority stake earlier this year.
The cost of the deal has not been disclosed.
Fiducia was established in 2006 and achieved Chartered status last year.
Mr Kearney joined the firm’s investment team when the firm was founded and was appointed a director in 2006 and managing director in 2018.
In a joint statement, Ms Laws and Mr Kearney said: “We are thrilled to take the helm of this honourable and much-loved firm and look forward to serving our clients and connections with the passion and integrity that have become hallmarks of Fiducia. We feel the future looks very bright”.
Fiducia Wealth works with business owners, family estates, charities, pension funds and trustees on all aspects of Financial Planning and investment management.
