Three financial firms, including a Financial Planning firm, have been declared as failed since the start of the year by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
The three firms include Nurture Financial Planning of Norwich, Midhurst Asset Management Limited and Cadogan Asset Management Limited.
Norwich-based Nurture Financial Planning Limited (FRN 496332) has three claims in progress which are all related to pension transfer advice. The cases are not BSPS connected, the FSCS said.
Nurture, formerly known as Premier IFA, ceased to be authorised by the FCA in January 2021. The company is now in voluntary liquidation.

Midhurst Asset Management Limited (FRN 154333) has a single valid claim in progress. The claim is investment advice related.
Cadogan Asset Management Limited (FRN 749342) has six claims against it, all investment advice related. Three of the claims were successful and the others are in progress.
