Zomato’s acquisitions so far and where they stand

As Zomato sets its eyes on what could be its largest-ever acquisition, in the form of its buyout of Grofers, here’s a look at its past acquisitions and the status of those firms.

The Gurugram-based food delivery and restaurant discovery platform has made about 16 acquisitions until now, in a bid to strengthen its technology, content and also diversify its offerings. Six of these are Indian companies.
