Retirement and platform provider Embark is to hire more than 50 people in Dundee over the next few months to boost its platform operations in the city.
The new employees will work on the Embark Platform and will be based at Embark’s HQ in Dundee, expanding its current Scottish workforce of 200 by a quarter to 250.
Embark is seeking to hire at all levels, including school leavers and graduates, as well as people with extensive experience in financial services and fintech.
The group has been engaging with Abertay University and the University of Dundee to recruit graduates, using support from Scottish Enterprise, the Scottish Government and Dundee City Council.
Embark is also working to create a dedicated FinTech Venture Studio for fintech entrepreneurs in Dundee with the backing of the Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise and other partners.
