Chartered Financial Planning firm Lucas Fettes Financial Planning has appointed Victoria Watts to develop its employee benefits and wellbeing proposition.
Ms Watts joins from Towergate.
She was previously a key part of the team responsible for growing Anglia Healthcare until its sale to Chase Templeton.
Mark Brown, managing director at Lucas Fettes Financial Planning, said the firm continues to seek both recruitment and acquisition opportunities to support the growth of the firm.
Mr Brown said: “I am delighted to welcome Victoria to Lucas Fettes, which has come about because of our shared values, culture and ambition. I am confident she will be an excellent addition to our expert team.
“As award-winning, independent, Chartered Financial Planners, we continue to seek both recruitment and acquisition opportunities to support our growth. Our clients’ needs are paramount; therefore, we are a natural fit for those with the same focus on quality, teamwork, and delivering best of breed solutions.”

Lucas Fettes Financial Planning also confirmed that it has signed the Women in Finance Charter, run by HM Treasury, reinforcing their stance on diversity, inclusion and gender balance within their company and the wider financial services industry.
A poll from the Personal Finance Society revealed Financial Planning firms are split over the purpose and benefit of diversity and inclusion programmes.
Just under a quarter (24%) of Financial Planners polled by the PFS in August said the main aim of their diversity and inclusion policy was to improve workplace culture. https://www.financialplanningtoday.co.uk/news/item/13719-planners-split-on-role-of-diversity-programmes
However, the same number said they believed the main purpose was to ensure diversity was respected and employees were treated equally regardless of race, gender, sex, health, ethnic or social origin, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion or culture.
Attracting and retaining talent was the main aim of diversity and inclusion policies at 13% of PFS member firms polled.
Lucas Fettes Financial Planning was established in 1980 and employs over 60 staff across five offices.
