Cashflow and DB transfer software provider FinCalc has launched a new client portal for communication between adviser and client.
The FinCalc Client Portal enables Financial Planners and clients to communicate securely and share information online.
It can be accessed via computer, tablet or mobile phone.
The portal will be fully white labelled to the adviser firm.
FinCalc claim the portal will save Financial Planners time when onboarding a new client or undertaking a periodic client review, as well as helping enhance client engagement.

The main features of the new portal are:
- Client onboarding (via invite or self-onboard)
- Secure messaging (2-way with notifications)
- Secure document exchange
- Digital fact-find
- Back-office integration
The portal also has banking grade security and encryption. Client can also use multi-factor authentication to add an extra layer of security.
The latest development comes a year after the software provider announced that it has developed a two-way integration with back-office software Intelligent Office from Intelliflo.
FinCalc is the technology platform created by O&M Pension Solutions. O&M Pension Solutions was setup as a separate company in 2013 as part of the split of O&M Systems, and specialised in the TVC/TVA software and services market.
